学校简介

广东工业大学是具有50多年历史的一所以工为主、工理经管文法结合的、多科性协调发展的省属重点大学。

学校坐落在中国南方名城广州，地理位置优越，校园占地总面积3348亩，现有校舍建筑面积142余万平方米，有大学城校园及东风路、龙洞等多个校区。学校实行统一领导、统一管理，按统一的教学大纲和要求组织教学。

学校现有专任教师2000余人，其中正高级职称300余人，副高级职称700余人；设有19个学院和4个公共课教学部(中心)，68个本科专业；全日制在校生47000余人，并招有不同层次的成人学历教育学生、

学校现有机械工程、控制科学与工程、材料科学与工程、化学工程、管理科学与工程5个学科教授评审权，机械工程、材料科学与工程、控制科学与工程、化学工程与技术4个博士后科研流动站，机械工程、管理科学与工程、材料科学与工程、控制科学与工程、化学工程与技术5个一级学科博士学位授权点，19个二级学科博士学位授权点，17个一级学科硕士学位授权点，61个二级学科硕士学位授权点，并具有工程硕士、工商管理硕士、工程管理硕士三种硕士专业学位（其中含17个工程硕士授权领域），同时具有同等学力人员申请硕士学位授予权。有省、部级重点学科（一级）1个，省、部级重点学科（二级）5个，省重点扶持学科9个，其中机械、信息、材料仪表、化工四个学科领域为广东省“211工程”三期重点建设学科。有教育部重点实验室1个，省级重点实验室4个，省教育厅重点实验室11个，国家级特色专业建设点7个，省级特色专业13个，广东省名牌专业13个，国家级精品课程1门，省级精品课程21门，国家级双语教学示范课程1门，省级双语教学示范课程1门，国家级实验教学示范中心1个，省级实验教学示范中心10个，国家级教学团队1个。

建有各类研究所和教育、研究中心。用于教学、科研、管理的计算机12000多台套，教学、科研仪器设备固定资产总值4.84亿元。图书馆拥有藏书331万册、电子图书6957 GB，并采用共享方式，多渠道、大幅度拓展了信息资源使用范围。

学校不断改善的办学条件为广大师生的教学、科研奠定了良好的基础。学校坚持社会主义办学方向，全面贯彻党的教育方针，注重加强基础、拓宽专业，尤其重视对学生创业精神、创新能力和实践能力的培养。实行学分制和双学位、双专业、主辅修制，建立了完整的课堂教学、科学实验、学术活动和社会实践教学体系。多年来，毕业生一次就业率一直在全省名列前茅，普遍受到用人单位的好评。

学校不断推行科技管理体制改革，努力提高科技水平，走产、学、研相结合的道路，积极为地方社会经济服务。多年来，承担了一大批国家、省、市重点科研课题和国际合作科研项目，承担了大量企业科技开发项目，与国内外不少知名的公司、高校合作成立工程研究开发中心、工程公司。在某些学科领域已形成特色和优势，取得了一批重大科研成果，科研经费逐年增长。

一、招聘目标

学术型人才：具有国际一流水平的、能带领团队整合资源，对学校学科建设起到“领军”作用的国内外领军型人才；在相关学科领域取得突破性成果的国内外具有杰出研究能力的核心学术带头人和学术骨干；以及极具潜力的国内外优秀青年学术骨干，杰出学术人才的后备人选。

二、招聘学科

三、相关待遇

1、提供具有竞争力的年薪制协议工资，最高可达到100万元年薪。兼职人员的工资按实际到校工作时间和工作业绩计发。

2、学校提供一套约100平方米的周转住房。全职引进人员，到校工作后如需在广州买房，学校可提供购房津贴，最高可达到80万元。

3、根据预期工作目标和工作计划，学校安排适当的实验场地，并提供实验室建设与科研启动经费，最高可达到1000万元。

4、其它条件可面议。

四、应聘条件

Guangdong University of Technology, located in Guangzhou, a beautiful city in southern China, is a key multi-disciplinary university of Guangdong Province with a history of over 50 years. Having the advantage of bordering on Hong Kong and being benefited by Guangdong’s prosperous economic development, the university’s research and competitive power have been remarkably improved. To better service the university’s Talent Strategy, GDUT decided to implement the “One-Hundred Talents” Program, which aims to recruit one hundred talents and ten innovation teams from overseas within 3-5 years.

Disciplines with openings in this program include: Mechanical Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Instrument Science and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering, Power Engineering and Engineering Thermalphysics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Information and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Architecture , Civil Engineering, Mechanics, Chemical Engineering and Technology (Bio-Engineering and Technology), Environmental Science and Engineering, Food Science and Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, and Artistic Design.

We are seeking candidates with a doctorate degree in their fields and meet one of the following criteria:

(1)　 Expert or scholar who serves as a full professor or at an equivalent position in foreign universities or research institutes; Or

(2)Technology leader who has experiences in managing major global technology projects; Or

(3)Expert or scholar who serves as an associate professor or at an equivalent position who masters the key technologies or work in an urgently needed field; Or

(4)Young scholar who has great potential for success in his or her field. Or

(5)　 Entrepreneurial talent who has their own intellectual property rights or has full knowledge of core technologies in their fields; Or

(6)　 Entrepreneurial talent who has overseas experiences of setting up their own business, and is familiar with related key areas and international rules; Or

(7)　 Professional or technical talent who holds senior position in internationally-renowned companies.

For candidates who meet criteria (5), or (6), or (7), the university will closely work with the local enterprises to help fulfill the talents’ both academic and business ambitions by facilitating their innovation on campus and entrepreneurship in the “high-tech business incubator” based in the university.
The university is preferably looking for full time commitment for these openings. Candidates are even encouraged to apply as a team. Candidates who can commit only part-time service to the university are also very welcomed and encouraged to summit their applications.　

We offer competitive compensation package and benefits for the qualified candidates. The annual compensation can be up to ￥1000,000 RMB ; the startup R&D funding can be up to ￥10,000,000 RMB. The laboratory space will be provided. We also provide qualified candidates with subsidy housing (approximate 100M2 temporary apartment), and for those who want to buy an apartment in Guangzhou, the university can offer a housing allowance up to ￥800,000 RMB.
