Description:
Work with the President and CEO to develop a highly coordinated and aligned set of local, regional and national marketing strategies and goals for the organization Work as a member of the Executive Team to develop and implement comprehensive multi-year marketing plan for organization integrating key demographic and market research Work effectively with Heads of all Department to ensure priority business and mission communications needs are met in support of business plan goals and to ensure consistency of message across teams and departments Develop, manage and support internal communication strategies in support of the leadership of the organization in order to meet organizational goals Lead a high performance marketing team, including budgeting and financial planning, hiring, evaluating and coaching staff, creating an effective marketing department structure, setting vision, establishing goals and implementing training and development plans Identify and target key publications, events and media for each audience Develop an integrated dynamic international website tailored for high degree of personalization and content appropriate for each audience Implement online community and social marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive new business Set goals for growth, inquiries, leads, donations, referrals and community usage Ensure website is current, relevant and topical at all times
Minimum of 7 years overall marketing experience with a proven track record in developing, implementing and evaluating brand communication strategies Bachelor’s degree required; MBA degree is desirable, advanced degree preferred with a concentration in marketing or communications Experience directly managing teams especially with remote management Highly creative and innovative entrepreneurial spirit with a hands on record of implementation and delivery including experience of online marketing strategies and web development Proven track record of developing comprehensive marketing and business development strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple constituencies simultaneously, working effectively toward deadlines Excellent analytical skills, with great attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present data and conclusion in an organized, concise manner Other Personal Characteristics include: Qualified candidates should send your resume to peiqiao.lin@surexam.com.
Principle Scientists Required education: Ph.D. or MS Responsibilities: Design and develop protocols for assay development Supervise and evaluate laboratory experiments Maintain in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art principles and theories, applying such knowledge to the research Understand current guidance for clinical diagnostic products Familiar with GMP and SOP management Support clinical trials using statistical thinking Write study reports and literature updates Coach and manage junior staff scientists Requirements: Technically inquisitive, attentive to detail and must exhibit strong problem solving skills Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in both Chinese and English Must think critically and creatively and be able to work independently Exhibit strong organizational and planning skills
