宁波日报报业集团于2002年6月经国家新闻出版总署批准成立，拥有宁波日报、宁波晚报、东南商报、中国宁波网、宁波出版发行集团等8报1网1刊1出版发行集团等媒体，是国内目前传媒产业链最长的党报集团之一。

Ningbo Daily Group was approved and established by National Press and Publication Administration in June 2002, owns media of eight newspapers, one website, one publication and one publication press such as Ningbo Daily, Ningbo Evening News, Southeast Business Daily, China Ningbo Website and Ningbo Publishing Group, and has been one of the party newspaper groups with the longest media industry chain in China.

集团于2006年12月开始博士后科研工作站试点工作。2008年7月，经国家人力资源和社会保障部批准，设立国家级博士后科研工作站，这是浙江省新闻单位和浙江省社科类第一家博士后科研工作站，也是全国报业集团中的第三家博士后工作站。

The group started pilot work of postdoctoral research station in December 2006. Approved by the National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, a national-grade post-doctoral workstation was established in July 2008 which was the first scientific research post-doctoral workstation of news units of Zhejiang and social humanity category as well as the third postdoctoral workstation of newspapers group in the country.

2007年至今，工作站已完成课题《报纸受众监测机制的建构与应用研究》、《新媒体时代报业广告业务研究与开发—以宁波日报报业集团为个案》，正在进行课题《中国区域性报业集团数字报业战略研究》。

Since 2007, the workstation has completed projects of Research on Construction and Application of Newspaper Audience Monitoring Mechanism, Research and Development on Newspaper Advertising Business in New Media Era - Taking Ningbo Daily Group as a Case, and Digital Newspaper Group Strategy Research of Regional Newspaper Group in China is in processing.

工资待遇：年薪10万-12万。

Salary: Yearly salary: 100,000-120,000 yuan.

享受1500元/月的住房补贴。

Housing subsidy: 1500 yuan/month.

个人户口、配偶随迁、子女入学等事宜按照国家有关规定办理。

Personal registered residence, spouse trailing, school-enrolling of children and other matters shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the country.

享受宁波市政府一次性给予博士后在站生活补助费3万元。

One-time living allowance of 30000 yuan is offered by Ningbo government to in-station doctoral talents.

出站后留宁波工作并签订3年以上工作合同者，享受宁波市政府提供的留甬补助费30万元（分3年发放）。

Those who leave the workstation and work in Ningbo signing work contract above 3 years will be offered with subsidy of 300,000 yuan by Ningbo Government (distributed by three years).
