Position Qualifications

1. master or above degree, major in law, oversea education background.

2．Over8 years of professional experience in well-known law firm or global company

II. BMS Marketing director

Main duties and Responsibilities

1.Create the BMS sales strategy and implement it;

2.Be responsible for sales channel development, account management and overall account relationship management strategy;

3.To work together with R&D support to understand China customers technical requirements/needs and to help them in their comprehension of our products by giving appropriate technical/commercial presentations or any other relevant material;

4.Analyze market potential in the target market, perform competitive analysis, coordinate with internal departments to prepare the tailored solutions;

5.Lead and motivate sale team to achieve the target，develop team members

Position Qualifications

1．Over 5 years of professional experience in BMS industry, including over 8 years experience related with business development.

2. Firm knowledge in BMS market and products.

3. Good communicate skill.

4.Bachelor or above degree, major in market, electronics or related.

5 .Fluent in English and chinese.

III. Master for R&D Institute

Main duties and Responsibilities：

1.Lead and direct engineering activities in BMS to assure the successful implementation of approved BMS programs, including design, testing, integrations and system validations;

2.Define and document Product Technical Specifications to support vehicle level technical requirements and any specific application needs;

3.As the company’s subject expert, provide in-depth technical know-hows in developing advanced BMS solutions

4.Develop and implement BMS strategies to assure the sustainable competitiveness products in performance, reliability, safety and cost.

Position Qualifications

1.At least 10 years of experience in BMS or similar areas

2.Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing high caliber engineers and teams

3.Excellent bilingual capabilities as to use both Chinese and English as work languages

4.Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills required.

IV. Project Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1.Coordination of the communication flow inside of the project team and to the customer

2.Organisation of the project work, chairing meetings, motivation of the project team members, clarification of disciplinary as well as personal conflicts if necessary together with the individual manager of the department.

3.Coordination of the international project work. Active involvement of residents, product responsible plants.

4.Cost controlling (Budget Plan / actual, piece cost calculations, Support of the sales engineer at customer price negotiations).

Position Qualifications

1. At least 5 years project management experience in Auto industry

2.Bachelor Degree in marketing /mechanical/ Electrical/Automation & Control Engineering/Automobile

3.Good capability of the interpersonal， communication, harmonization

4.Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English

V. Software Engineer

Main duties and Responsibilities：

1.Specify, stipulate and document software modules with customer according to internal and customer specifications. Ensure software development process according to SPICE or CMMI.

2.Release software, document and test software files conforming with quality and customer standards

3.Design digital/analog layers and communication drivers; integrate this driver to standard platform.

4.Develop and document the complete design and test of the software module. (Example: Specification, peer reviews, code reviews, quality standards compliance, requirements, test, etc.)

5.Elaborate and perform test plans on software modules to validate the software releases as well as result interpretation, documentation and perform system integration tests.

Position Qualifications

1.Experience with the design, coding, analysis, integration, and testing of software modules in the automotive industry

2.Requirement analysis, software specification, design, analysis, integration, testing, validation of these embedded systems and customer interface

3.Strong oral and written communications skills. strong ability in the areas of team work and customer support

4.Bachelor’s degree in Software Development or equivalent (BSEE or BS Computer Electronic Engineer)

VI. Electronic Hardware Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Implementation, coordination and documentation of the development of concepts, electronics / circuits for complex assemblies and components with extensive functions

2.Specification, selection, definition and documentation of complex electronic components under consideration of the automotive electronics standards and regulations, internal Preh guidelines as well as the customer requirements.

3.Designing of digital / analogue circuit designs in the scope of the development of FPGAs or ASICs with a variety of functions as well as the development and coordination of the necessary details and specification manuals with the manufacturer.

4.Coordinaton and technical support of external development work within the framework of development contracts posed for new components, modules and assemblies.

Position Qualifications

1.Knowledge regarding CPUs, MCUs, FPGA, ASIC, Sensors, Optical Electronics

2.Knowledge in EMI/EMC/ESD and able to judge and apply precautions into the Electronic Design

3.Excellent English language skills

4.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

5.5+ years of experience in Electronic Hardware Development using high level R&D techniques

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Making suggestions on strategic planning, According to the developing direction of market and technologies in the internet of Vehicles

2. Making business and technology research of the internet of vehicles, analyzing new technology and the development trend of the internet of Vehicles

3. Responsible for project planning, planning and designing software products, solving technical problems

Position Qualifications

1. Bachelor or above degree, major in computer or communications
